Krystle Boffice

Krystle Boffice is the Branch Manager at BMO at both the Brockville and Prescott locations. With just over one year on the job, Krystle is simultaneously managing both branches from bottom performance rankings to top ratings. In addition to her role at BMO, Krystle has helped organize and run several fundraising efforts including for BMO walk so kids can talk for the Kids Help Phone as well as fundraising and donations to the South Grenville Food Bank. In a little more than a year she has gone from being a brand-new manager to running two previously underperforming branches concurrently and led them to success. She has also run up to 3 branches concurrently, when the need arose, and led the regional management team during times the Regional Vice President had been away.

Krystle is a natural born leader, bringing out success in her team through encouragement and support. Beloved by her team, she creates an amazingly welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment that makes every member of her team want to do their best work and contribute without reservation. A tireless worker herself, she is often (if not always) the first one in and the last one out, while simultaneously encouraging her team to leave on time and maintain a proper work-life balance.
