Janica Roberts has a love for this community and a desire to help those in it. Janica grew up in Leeds and Grenville and attended high school in Brockville.  She discovered her passion for the hearing industry while working at a growing clinic in Alberta, before returning to the Brockville area in 2018. That’s when she joined the Great Waterway Hearing team and began pursuing her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification the following year. Janica graduated with distinction from Grant MacEwan University’s Hearing Aid Practitioner program in 2021. Now a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist, Janica excels in her role, managing a full caseload with professionalism and compassion. She serves a diverse range of clients with individual needs, collaborating with other professionals to provide the highest level of personalized care. She is committed to enhancing her clients’ quality of life through improved hearing and communication.

 

Beyond her work, Janica actively involves her team of colleagues, family, and friends in community initiatives, including the Coldest Night of the Year walk, stuffing stockings for seniors, and supporting the local food bank. Most recently, Janica become an ambassador for the United Way’s “Novemburger” campaign! Janica is also a passionate advocate for animals, promoting pet adoption on social media and caring for several rescues of her own. When not at the office, she and her rescue dog, Reese, enjoy hiking and biking local trails throughout Leeds and Grenville and the Thousand Islands.
