Cherianne Cybulskie is a certified Forest Bathing Guide, community herbalist, and outdoor educator with over a decade of experience in nature-based programming and education. She is passionate about connecting people with the outdoors and fostering community through shared experiences in nature.

 

Growing up in the Thousand Islands region, Cherianne spent her childhood exploring meadows and swimming in the St. Lawrence River, fostering a lifelong appreciation for nature. She studied Outdoor and Adventure Education at Fleming College and has facilitated a wide range of programs, from canoeing and firebuilding to high ropes challenge courses and plant identification workshops.

Cherianne is also an entrepreneur and founder of Blue Jay Botanicals, a business that began with her selling handmade herbal products at farmers’ markets, craft sales, and online. Over time, her focus shifted toward offering hands-on experiences, such as guided forest bathing walks and herbalism workshops, where she continues to foster a love for wellness, nature and community.

Cherianne also works as a Social Media Marketing Coordinator for Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine, bringing over seven years of experience in digital marketing. She is deeply passionate about helping small businesses tell their unique stories online and building loyal, engaged audiences who truly adore their brands.

Outside of work, Cherianne enjoys camping, exploring waterfalls, and learning new hands-on skills like willow basket weaving. She is excited to contribute her passion and experience to the YPN, helping young professionals connect, grow and succeed in the Brockville community.
