Kristin was born and raised in Brockville. She moved away to attend Carleton University, where she received her BA in Psychology in 2011. Following that, Kristin attended St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario and received a diploma in Human Resources in 2012. She worked in Human Resources in the Kingston area for a few years before returning to school to pursue a career in accounting in 2014.

Kristin is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting team in Brockville. She has been with MNP since 2017 and obtained her Charted Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in December 2020. Kristin conducts audits and reviews of private companies and not-for-profit organizations.

 

In addition to this, Kristin is involved in the social committee at work and provides mentorship to CPA students.

When Kristin isn’t busy with work and volunteering, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. Kristin hopes to help foster a welcoming and friendly environment where other like-minded young professionals in the Brockville area feel welcomed to connect and grow.
