Dyan Pagkaliwangan

Dyan was born and raised in the Philippines. She received her B.Sc in Pharmacy (Cum Laude) at Centro Escolar University, Manila and graduated at age 19. After practising for 3 years at Makati Medical Center, she moved and worked for Singapore General Hospital for 4 years.

Dyan migrated to Canada in 2018 and completed her registration with the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada and Ontario College of Pharmacists in 2019. She started her pharmacy career with Rexall as a pharmacy assistant, progressed to student, staff pharmacist, and now a Pharmacy Manager in Brockville. She has experience on hospital, long-term care and community setting. She strives to provide the highest quality of care for patients to achieve their health goals.
