Kendal was born and raised in Brockville. She moved away to attend McMaster University in 2012, working towards her Hon. BSc in Earth and Environmental Sciences. There, she published research in glacio-sedimentology using GIS. Following that, she has worn many hats professionally: one of the natural consequences of having a partner who was serving in the military. She worked as a Jr Hydrogeologist and drafter for a few years, undertook an LTO as a Primary French teacher locally and worked in business development and marketing prior to finding her calling in Finance.

Kendal has since gone on to receive a number of certifications through the Canadian Securities Institute in relation to her work in the banking industry. Kendal presently works for TD Canada Trust as the Retail Investment Specialist supporting Brockville and Cornwall branch locations.

When Kendal isn’t busy with work and volunteering, she can be found renovating her home or going on adventures with her partner and two young boys, Jacob and James.
