Meet Cecilia Cooper of Primrose & Willow

One of our newest YPN members and recipient of 40 Under 40 for 2023. Cecilia was born and raised in Brockville. She moved away to attend post-secondary studies and eventually work in Toronto’s music industry from 2012 until 2017.

In 2017, Cecilia yearned for a more creative career. With a push from friends and family, she attended Toronto Flower School. Four months later, she moved back to Brockville to start Primrose & Willow.

Primrose & Willow is a floral-design studio at the east-end of King Street where Cecilia specializes in seasonal, eco-conscious floral designs for weddings, bouquet subscriptions and everyday orders.

When it’s not wedding season, you can find Cecilia visiting retirement homes and classrooms. She has a strong passion for sustainable floral practices that limits the use of imported flowers and non-biodegradable materials.
