Must be 19 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified by Facebook and if a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner may be selected. If an eligible winner cannot be found for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. Brockville Young Professionals reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value and restrict the winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 kilometers radius of Brockville City Hall (1 King St West Brockville, ON). 

 

By entering this contest, you have given the right to the Brockville Young Professionals to publish submitted photos, with name credit, for any advertising and marketing purposes in print, applications and digitally. For purposes of this agreement, "use" means to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, synchronize, perform, display, broadcast, publish, or otherwise make use of. This includes, but is not limited to the commercial use of: websites; blog posts; social media; advertisements; marketing campaigns; corporate presentations; newspapers; magazines; books; film and television productions; web and mobile applications; product packaging and merchandising.

 

By submitting a photo, participants grant the organization administering this promotion, payment and royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, promote, market, advertise, and display the media, for any purpose, in any form, media, or technology. Participants release these organizers from any and all claims arising out of the use of this media.

 

Entrants further grant to Brockville Young Professionals the right to use and publish their proper name and picture online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the contest.

 

Submissions will be reviewed by the Brockville Young Professional Directors, who will narrow down submissions and allow the public to vote on the winner. All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to direct message notification. Brockville Young Professionals reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
